Location: Cape Town, South Africa

Job Type: full-time, temporary for 18 months

Travel %: 40%

What you will do

The Senior Procurement Manager - AMET is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled and driven procurement professional who is adept at connecting dots and working as a self-starter.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can oversee procurement activities in the AMET Cluster, working closely with the Cluster Leadership Team to drive operational efficiencies, transformative strategies, and industry best practices.

The Senior Manager will also play a crucial role in connecting Cluster Business Teams with regional and global Category Procurement teams to ensure alignment of initiatives and programs.

Additionally, this role will frequently punch above its weight in terms of hierarchy, requiring exceptional influencing skills to achieve objectives and make an impact.

The ideal candidate will be able to effectively connect with suppliers and external stakeholders to bring fresh perspectives and innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.
