Role reports to: Senior Director of Procurement Logistics

Location: Singapore

What you will do

The Regional Sr Manager, APAC Logistics Procurement is responsible for the leadership of Procurement activities across Logistics spend categories, driving financial results and alignment between business and category strategies.

The leader's organization will execute strategic business and industry engagement to establish a reliable, resilient, and effective supply base for the company.

The Sr Manager of APAC Logistics Procurement will also lead an organization tasked with end-to-end spend management; responsibilities including, but not limited to, Network Strategy, Category Management, Supplier Management, Sourcing, Contracting, Innovation, and Talent Management.

The Sr Manager of APAC Logistics Procurement will be accountable to deliver aggressive financial targets, including cost and working capital improvement.

Further, the leader will deliver against a balanced value proposition including innovation, environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG), and procurement process excellence.

The leader must embrace agile ways of working and will be accountable to developing and recruiting world class talent.

The Sr Manager of APAC Logistics Procurement is a member of the Global Logistics Procurement Leadership Team as well as a critical partner of the Regional Deliver leadership team.

In addition to the elements mentioned above the Sr Manager APAC Logistics Procurement is accountable to define and achieve clear targets in conjunction with the respective Procurement counterparts and business stakeholders.
