This position reports to the Commercial Director and is based in Vietnam

What you will do
The Head of General Trade is responsible for managing the sales strategy, distributor management, and ensuring critical metrics related to market coverage, team productivity, and market pricing are met.

Key Responsibilities


* Contribute as a member of the Customer Development Leadership Team, playing a critical role in building a high-performing team culture and embodying Kenvue values.


* Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and increase market share in the General Trade sector.


* Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets, KPIs, and enhance team productivity.


* Focus on distributor management to strengthen relationships and optimize performance across the distribution network.


* Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key stakeholders.


* Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to make informed business decisions.


* Collaborate with marketing teams to create innovative campaigns and promotions that align with market needs.


* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.


* Develop and execute sales strategies aimed at driving revenue growth and market share.


* Coach zonal managers to enhance their performance and contribute to overall team success.


* Build and maintain relationships with key buyers and sales professionals, enhancing overall market coverage.


* Provide feedback to enhance sales strategy and performance based on industry knowledge and sales intelligence.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications


* 8-10 years of experience in General Trade sales or a related field.


* University/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration or a related field.


* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.


* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
