We are searching for the best talent for Quality Operations Manager to be in Ciudad Juárez.

Purpose:

Manages a team of individual contributors and/or Supervisors in support of the execution of the processes and activities related to fulfilling the Quality Assurance requirements for the organization's products.
Develops tactical and operational plans to ensure key quality deliverables are completed in accordance with required timelines and meet required regulatory standards and Quality Assurance best practices for manufacturing.
Establishes processes for routine data collection, analysis, and reporting to ensure the continuous improvement of the quality management system.
Ensures compliance with global health authority requirements and internal standards.
Coordinates with multiple departments to implement quality strategy and vision.
Responsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within established timelines and budgets.
Manages performance of staff and takes disciplinary action, where required.
Integrates Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.
