Position Overview

This is a cross functional role that shapes the physical/financial/system flow for New Product launches (and Tech transfers).  The Finance Lead would be a key member of the Supply Chain Integration Team.  In addition, the Lead would lead the creation, testing, and launching of the most optimized financial flow by partnering with tax, planning, IT, legal, etc.

Responsibilities


* Will be responsible for adhering to established safety, privacy, and confidentiality standards.


* Organizes financial benchmarking, including reporting of key performance indicators.


* Assists in the preparation of presentations for the Senior Management Team.


* Provides support to the global supply chain FP&A team on as-needed basis.


* Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities.​


* Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.

Qualifications

Education:


* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, preferably in Accounting, Finance or related field
