Office Manager
The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily office operations.
This role involves overseeing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and managing office procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Overseeing the daily operations of the office, including facility management and equipment maintenance to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
* Supervise customer service and administrative teams, delivering exceptional service while ensuring adherence to company policies
* Manage office supply inventory, place orders as needed, and maintain vendor relationships
* Facilitate internal communications to support effective information flow across the organization
* Coordinate and schedule company meetings and events, handling logistics and preparing supporting materials
* Ensure compliance with health and safety policies, maintaining a safe and secure workplace
* Prepare regular reports on office expenses, budgets, and other operational costs
* Provide administrative support across departments, including document preparation, filing, and records management
* Back-up to handling incoming calls and correspondence, greeting visitors, and maintaining a professional office atmosphere.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant
* High school diploma or GED required ; additional certifications a plus
* Strong organizational and planning skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office tools
* Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Demonstrated success in delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
* Working knowledge of HR and basic accounting processes
