DGM: Project Management (Asia Sourcing)

About the Position:

Project manager for managing all new project from Qualification to mass production of part development for Europe Plants under Asia sourcing Program.

Job responsibilities:

Be the key facilitator and primarily responsible for Part/Sub-Assembly development at supplier.

Coordinate various stakeholders and manage interdependencies and remove impediments.

Should be able to anticipate risks, Drive Risk management sessions with cross functional team and work on mitigation actions to ensure risks will be timely addressed.

Identify, escalate, and help find resolutions.

Interface with other teams like Procurement/Industrialization /LoB /Quality to manage dependencies.

Work closely with Supply chain / Supplier/ Industrialization teams /Quality to ensure timely delivery of the part - Planning and execution.

Manage Logistic domestic / Import / Export.

Work closely with VF to establish the supply chain flow.

Work on continual development of process to improve efficiency of process.

Qualifications

Excellent communication & presentation skills • Good understanding on BOC / Part development/ NPI project management.
