Preferred Qualifications:


* Some experience in a HR operations, project/program coordination or similar administrative roles


* Experience with HRIS systems (Oracle, Workday, SAP), productivity applications and reporting tools


* Familiarity with learning and development and/or leadership development programs is a plus

Salary Range: $60k - $75k/year approximation (actual compensation is subject to variation due to factors such as education, experience, skillset, and/org location).Howmet Aerospace Inc.

is seeking a Talent Program Analyst to join the Talent Management Center of Excellence (COE).

Reporting to the Head of Talent Management, this role will provide essential support to the Talent Management COE to ensure seamless execution of programs and processes that drive organizational growth and development.

As the Talent Program Analyst, you will play a critical role in the delivery of global Talent Management initiatives, including leadership development, performance management, career development, and succession planning.

You will collaborate closely with the Talent Management COE, other HR Centers of Excellence, and Business Unit HR teams to provide comprehensive logistical, administrative, and analytical support.
