Colonial Vista Post Acute is searching for a high-energy, outgoing, and motivated Admissions and Marketing Coordinator to lead our admissions efforts and grow our referral network.

What You'll Be Doing:


* Be the go-to person for welcoming new residents and supporting their families during the admissions process


* Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, hospitals, and community organizations


* Coordinate with clinical teams to ensure smooth and timely placements


* Monitor bed availability and keep everything running efficiently


* Represent our facility at local events and outreach opportunities


* Drive census growth with strategic, creative marketing and outreach initiatives

What We're Looking For:


* A dynamic communicator with sales instincts and a service-oriented mindset


* At least 2 years of experience in healthcare admissions or marketing (preferred)


* LVN or RN license is a bonus, but not required


* Highly organized and confident with technology (Microsoft Office Suite)


* Able to handle local travel as needed (overnight travel is rare)


* Comfortable working in a healthcare setting and coordinating between teams
