Healthcare Project Executive (Studio Leader)

We are seeking a Project Executive/ Studio Leader to join our Healthcare team in Chicago, IL, a key leadership position for each of our studios.

This pivotal role is responsible for leading the studio's growth, culture, and performance.

The Studio Leader collaborates closely with the Market Vice President, Executive Vice President, Market Analyst, and Studio Operations Leader to execute the market's strategic and business plans.

As the senior leader within the studio, the Studio Leader drives client engagement, guides staff development, and ensures the team is meeting both financial and operational goals.

They work in tandem with the Studio Operations Leader to manage delivery performance and resource alignment.

Additionally, the Studio Leader holds Project Executive responsibilities, including business development, and is instrumental in driving revenue and expanding client relationships.

This role plays a central part in achieving the studio's annual goals and overall market performance and success.
