LPN / RN - School Individual Care Nurse:

Caring and Compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse to provide nursing care for an elementary female student while at school


* Pay: LPN:$35 / RN:$40.75 per hour; Overtime Opportunity available


* Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 6:30AM-4PM


* Location: Ride transportation to from and from school


* Duties: Provide G-Tube Feedings and Trach care, Administer medication, and Provide total care with ADL's.

Job Requirements:


* Must have at least one year of LPN experience within the last 3 years -or- RN with at least one year of experience within the last 3 years


* Will consider New Grad RN's with this experience as an LPN


* Must have CPR Certification (no online courses)


* Must have experience with G-Tube Feedings


* Must have experience with Trach Care
