Junior HR Business Partner
What will you do?
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing through various channels, posting job advertisements, screening candidates, conducting interviews and coordinating hiring processes;
* Provide consultation and support managers in manpower processes, recruitment, retention;
* Support employees in their company journey, addressing queries as regards career path, benefits package, etc;
* Participate in employees' professional development;
* Provides consultation to management on Talent, Performance and Competency Management topics;
* Guides, supports and consults with location employees regarding career advancement and employee relations issues;
* Analyze and support continuous improvement;
* Provide supplemental people analysis to HR and business leaders;
* Collaborate to Continuous improvement events, regularly planned to get closer and easier to the future HR function in demand
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
* Have previous experience in HR
* Fluency in English, both speaking and writing
* Proficient in MS Office user
* Have collaborative mindset with ability to navigate change management
* Have the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
* Are comfort with cyclical workload, with busier times correlating with corporate HR calendar
