Client Relationship Manager - Commercial Property Insurance

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Client Relationship Manager with experience in Commercial Property Insurance.
The ideal candidate will excel in managing client relationships, analyzing data to identify trends, and communicating the value of our Commercial Underwriting capabilities.
This role involves developing strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and improving processes within assigned accounts.
You will collaborate with talented Verisk stakeholders to ensure clients maximize the use of our products and capabilities, and partner with clients to resolve issues.
Key:
* Enhance Client Relationships: Foster and strengthen client relationships to achieve customer satisfaction, growth, retention, and revenue targets.
Become an expert in our Commercial Lines Underwriting suite.
* Understand Customer Needs: Nurture relationships to deeply understand customer needs and collaborate with sales, product, operations, and IT teams to tailor our delivery.
* Continuous Improvement: Provide detailed Voice of the Customer feedback to internal teams to support ongoing improvement.
* Align with Strategy: Ensure customer needs are met in alignment with our product strategy and Verisk's values.
* Commercial Insurance Expertise: Utilize your expertise to develop and deliver quality solutions to clients.
* Identify Opportunities: Spot up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
* Data Insights: Use data to provide meaningful insights and recommend actions to enhance business results.
Account Management:
* Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with Verisk customers, managing key accounts through clear and frequent communication with clients
* Maximize Value: Support clients in maximizing the benefits of Verisk Commercial Lines Underwriting Solutions.
* Training and Reports: Provide product training, analyze customer usage, introduce new functionalities, and advise on market trends.
* Strategy Development: Collaborate internally to develop strategies that meet customer needs and Verisk's goals.
* Business Reviews: Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and workflows to tailor our products/services for maximum value.
Provide recommendations to improve performance.
* Action Plans: Implement plans to correct underperformance or drive improvements.
Account Growth:
* Sales Partnership: Partner with the Sales team on new business opportunities and renewals.
Lead the product portion of sales opportunities to effectively position the solution's value proposition.
Present product overviews and develop pricing proposals to support growth goals.
* Customer Business Plan: Understand customer business plans and processes and demonstrate how our products and services support their strategies.
