Facility Coordinator

Our Clean Harbors facility in La Porte, TX is searching for a Facility Coordinator to join their team.

As a Facility Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating several different functions in the facility, including receiving, shipping, and general administration.

Shift: Monday through Friday 6:30am to 3pm - with the occasional weekend should monthly inventory fall on one of those days.

Main job duties include:

Tageting $20 for pay rate.


* 50% computer based administrator work for LT's rail and tanker operation.

This will include plant receiving solvent, shipping rail cars via the rail system, manifesting tankers, manifesting roll offs, and overall keeping the rail operations organized.


* 20% PPE supply room organizing.

This will be physically stocking the room, monthly inventory of all supplies, and giving reorder list to supervisor to make the orders.


* 30% Oracle PO work.

This will be receiving POs in Oracle and working directly with GM on keeping POs organized for the facility.

Position will work primarily Monday through Friday 6:30am to 3pm - with the occasional weekend should monthly inventory fall on one of those days
