Medical Assistant (CMA / RMA)

Medical Assistant needed for rehab outpatient care in Charlotte, NC 

5 days - 40 hours per week- 8am-5pm; Work satellite/ offsite office on Wednesdays--Rotating Weekends with Some Weekdays Off

Pay Rate is $24 per hour

Strong Customer Service, Empathy, and Attention to detail, Being attentive to patient needs is essential!

Medical Assistant (CMA / RMA) Duties:


* Appointment preparation


* Room Patients


* Perform Vaccinations and Injections


* Documenting entries into the patient's medical record


* Obtaining vitals and drug screens


* Perform occassional blood draws (phlebotomy)

Requirements:


* A minimum of six months work experience as a medical assistant


* EMR experience, Epic and Athena preferred


* CPR Certification, no online courses


* EKG experience


* Certification as a Medical Assistant (AAMA, AMT, NRCMA, NCCT)
