As a P&A Innovation & Transformation Product Manager - Vice President within our dynamic team, you will be instrumental in shaping and communicating our product strategy in line with our business objectives and user requirements.

Your role will involve the creation and management of a multi-year, feature-based roadmap, prioritizing features based on their business value and customer needs.

You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from the initial idea to post-launch optimization, promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Collaborating closely with engineers and data scientists, you will develop products using cloud-based tools and analyze large data sets to identify insights and trends.

You will engage with senior management and stakeholders across Finance, Corporate Technology, and Lines of Business to define the scope of work.

In partnership with Corporate Technology, you will ensure the high-quality delivery of solutions using an Agile software development lifecycle (SDLC) and communicate executive messaging to highlight achievements, business cases, and escalate issues to senior leadership when necessary.

Job responsibilities:


* Execute the product vision and strategy aligned with our business goals, incorporating emerging technologies and trends.


* Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritize features based on business value and customer needs, and manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch optimization.


* Gather and document requirements with clear acceptance criteria and engage directly with the Technology implementation team to build, test, and deploy new features.


* Advocate for the customer by ensuring products meet user needs and deliver exceptional experiences, while gathering and analyzing feedback for continuous improvement.


* Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to develop products using cloud-based tools (e.g., AWS, Databricks, MLFlow, Python).


* Analyze large data sets to extract insights and trends, define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), and use data-driven insights to optimize product performance.


* Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives, acting as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders.
