HR Services - Senior Specialist

Job Summary

Responsible for providing Human Resources(HR) as a shared service.

Responsibilities include end to end services from recruitment to offboarding.

This role will support benefit benefits administration, timekeeping, payroll and other HR Shared Services activities.

Principal Responsibilities:


* Act as the first point of contract for end to end HR Services from onboarding, lifecycle, learning, benefits, timekeeping management, payroll advice and off boarding


* Responsible for blue-collar worker recruitment and vendor management


* Onboarding and offboarding of employees: preboarding, new hire orientation, data management in HR systems(benefits portal, HRIS system, etc.)


* Manage employee insurance records and claims


* Manage day to day and monthly statutory benefit activities


* Communicate to employees topics related to HR, Benefit Policies and updates


* Lead initiatives for continues improvement and digitization

Qualifications

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Experience in blue-collar recruitment is required, preferably in a manufacturing or semiconductor industry

• Knowledgeable on local statutory and labor laws

• Knowledgeable in using HR systems such as HRIS, ticketing systems and attendance applications

• Has proven expertise in recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and HR systems

• Proficient in MS Office Applications such as Excel, Word and Powerpoint

• Must have strong communication and presentation skills

• Experience with stakeholder management is an advantage

• Have a strong understanding of business ethics & compliance
