OCM Specialist

Schneider Electric is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Change Management & Training Lead (OCM Specialist) to spearhead our global digital transformation initiatives.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless integration of new technologies and processes across our organization in Human Resources business unit.

This role will help us navigate the complexities of change management and ensure our teams are well-prepared for the challenges ahead.

What will you do?



* Prepare change management strategy and plan for projects which includes but not limited to stakeholder identification, communication plan, execution roadmap, training plan, adoption and promotion strategy


* Work with project team to understand scope of change, impacted audience and identify appropriate channel for communication


* Independently prepare communication artefacts for new releases, updates and general awareness


* Provide input to design team on creative content creation like posters, video etc.


* Prepare end user support documents like user guides, e-learning course, FAQ document for IT applications.


* Design and execute promotion campaigns for IT applications on Enterprise Social Network with minimum guidance


* Measure effectiveness of change management activities and make changes in existing plan

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?



* 8+ years of relevant change management experience for IT projects in global large-scale organizations or as change management consultancy preferably in onboarding and offboarding..


* Experience in driving complex stakeholders and workshops.


* Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to convey messages in a concise manner


* Very strong command over MS Office tools - PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.
