We are searching for the best talent for a CAR-T Warehouse 3PL Manager to join our team in Raritan, NJ!

Summary

The CAR-T Warehouse 3PL Manager is pivotal in steering the strategy and execution of operations related to on-site patient material cryopreservation, warehousing (both on-site and through third-party logistics providers), and the coordination of outbound logistics for finished drug product batches.

In collaboration with the Vein-to-Vein Planning, Manufacturing Operations, Quality, Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, and Commercial Cell Therapy Operations, you will ensure the seamless management of material flows—including both raw materials and patient materials—throughout the manufacturing site.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a matrixed environment, engaging effectively with both Johnson & Johnson and our collaboration partner, Legend Biotech.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management:


* Oversee third-party suppliers delivering warehousing, logistics, cryogenic storage, and laboratory services; addressing budgeting, capacity and long range financial planning needs.


* Monitor inventory levels and manage the allocation of storage spaces to maximize efficiency.


* Assist in the management and monitoring of warehouse long range financial planning needs to include purchase orders, invoice reconciliation.

Customer Service:


* Provide exemplary customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


* Conduct tours of the facility for prospective customers and provide information on storage options.

Financial Management:


* Develop and manage the facility budget, including forecasting expenses and revenue.
