What are we looking for?

The Support Analyst is responsible for supporting our operations team in day to day activities and communicating with customers electronically and personally.

Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday 40 Hr per week, on call as necessary.

Salary & Benefits Information:

The base wage or salary range for this position is $20 - $24.00 per hour .

Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.

What you'll do:


* Assist Operations to maintain the flow of Communication between the responsible parties involved in job assignments; to organize their requested services; to relay available information concerning the hazards and other properties of the product dealt with, and to manage communication among all parties to resolve problems in a responsive manner.


* To collect the information provided by Inspectors, to communicate with the laboratory regarding analysis performed, and to assemble a final report ready for publishing.


* Access customer portals to upload data and reports


* Assist Operations with report updates and confirmations


* Assist Manager in day to day responsibilities as needed.
