3rd Shift, Monday - Friday, 10:00pm - 6:30am

At GXO Logistics, we're always looking for talented individuals at all levels, who can help us keep our operations running smoothly.

As the Coordinator, Security, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all Security and Loss Prevention functions within the assigned facility to achieve maximum shrink reduction and ensure protection of company assets.

You'll assess the effectiveness of policies and procedures through compliance auditing and the use of exception reporting.

The annual salary range for this role is $68,640 - $77,131 / Year.

GXO, in good faith, believes this is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.

We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California.

This rate may be modified in the future.

What you'll do on a typical day:


* Develop, implement and manage security awareness programs that contribute to the prevention and reduction of fraudulent losses while promoting team member safety and security throughout the workplace


* Initiate investigations in partnership with the Site Security Manager based on research of loss trends, internal reports and input from other informational sources


* Conduct security audits and surveys to detect areas of vulnerability or violations of company policies and procedures


* Assist field operations in developing specific action plans that will result in a desired level of operational and control compliance, conformity with established physical security measures and protection measures, and maintenance of a safe and secure work environment
