Access Controls Service Specialist II

What will you do?

The responsibilities for the Security Service Specialist role at Schneider Electric's Andover, MA branch include troubleshooting and independently repairing security / access / video systems, implementing hardware and software applications for customers, conducting scheduled maintenance, coordinating subcontractor activities, completing documentation, and providing on-site customer training as necessary.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

To excel in this role, candidates should ideally have 2+ years of experience in the access control business, possess knowledge of various access control systems, video surveillance, and security systems, as well as understand security equipment operation and maintenance.

Knowledge of low voltage electricity, IT principles, and networking strategies is preferred.

Additionally, a strong emphasis on customer service and satisfaction is crucial for success in this position.
