Position: Country Payroll Lead (m/w/d)
Location: Switzerland

Position Summary

Kenvue is seeking a Country Payroll Lead for Switzerland.

This role is pivotal in ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payroll processing across the country.

As the Country Payroll Lead, you will oversee all payroll operations, maintain best practices, and support payroll processing activities.

Your leadership will be essential in fostering effective communication and collaboration with key stakeholders, including HR, Finance, and third-party payroll providers.

This position will report directly to the Cluster Payroll Lead and will involve coordination with payroll teams across the Germany cluster, which includes Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Poland, Latvia, Romania, Slovakia, Switzerland, and Ukraine.

Key Responsibilities


* Payroll Processing:



* Manage and process payroll inputs specific to Switzerland, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.


* Oversee the management of base pay, salary changes, new hires, separations, and other payroll transactions.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:


* Work closely with HR and other departments to gather necessary payroll data within deadlines.


* Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and third-party payroll vendors.

Compliance & Documentation:


* Ensure all payroll returns are accurate, complete, and submitted to government agencies on time.


* Maintain updated payroll documentation and processes in compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements.

Audit & Improvement:


* Act as the main point of contact for internal and external audits.


* Recommend improvements in payroll administration and processing practices.

Project Support:


* Contribute to payroll projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals.

Qualifications


* Education & Experience:



* Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.


* Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing and operations, with strong knowledge of Swiss payroll practices.

Skills:


* In-depth understanding of Swiss payroll regulations and taxation.


* Proficient in English; additional language skills are a plus.


* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.


* High level of confidentiality and data protection awareness.

Preferred Experience:


* Familiarity with leading payroll providers (e.g., NGA, SDWorx) and payroll management systems (Workday).


* Previous experience in a multi-national company and/or a service center environment is desirable.
