Job Description:

工作内容
● 负责外科业务术式发展和市场策略制定，推动胸外术式增长并建立学术合作范式；
● 围绕产品、术式业务特点策划并实施全国市场活动
● 和销售团队保持紧密合作，为区域的业务发展提供建议；为BU提供术式相关培训，支持日常业务发展；
● 紧密联动Sales Team、产品MKT、PE、MA、CDBT等团队，持续传递产品和胸外术式关键信息和业务价值；

岗位要求
● 大学本科及以上学历，3年及以上医疗企业市场营销经验优先
● 有产品管理和术式发展经验优先；
● 良好的沟通能力和抗压能力，勇于创新，对市场部工作有热情和独到的见解；
● 有较强的客户洞察能力及学习能力，执行能力强；
● 有较强的市场敏感度及分析能力；
● 英语和计算机技能良好，有Global项目合作经验或Global汇报经验为加分项。
● 医疗行业销售/市场经验为加分项；
