Job Description:

Johnson and Johnson is currently recruiting for a Vice President of US Commercial Marketing, Electrophysiology within the Johnson & Johnson MedTech organization.

This role will be based in Irvine, CA.

The Vice President of US Marketing will lead the US marketing strategy and operations for our Electrophysiology product lines, driving growth and market share in the competitive healthcare landscape.

This role will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans that align with the overall business strategy, improving brand awareness, and achieving revenue targets. 

Key Responsibilities:


* Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a robust US marketing strategy for Electrophysiology, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.

Provide regional insights for global strategy development.

Translate global marketing strategy into regional marketing execution and develop necessary capability to drive revenue growth.


* Market Analysis: Conduct detailed market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in the Electrophysiology space in the US.


* Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, encouraging a culture of innovation and accountability.

Responsible for building Marketing capabilities in the region, including downstream marketing and account management that helps to enable the business.


* Product Launches: Plan and implement successful product launches, including market entry strategies and promotional campaigns.


* Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product development, sales, regulatory, and clinical teams to ensure cohesive strategy execution.

Partner closely with the US SLT and the Global Strategic Marketing organization.


* Budget Management: Develop and lead the marketing budget, optimizing resource allocation for maximum return on investment.


* Partner Engagement: Build and manage relationships with key partners and customers, including healthcare professionals, industry influencers, and regulatory bodies.


* Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators and analyze performance metrics to measure efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
