Product Manager
DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Facilitate end-to-end management and product delivery across the full product lifecycle including research, ideation, prototype, test, build, adopt, and measure in partnership with users and stakeholders.
Facilitate upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience.
Identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of sales and credit risk within the Commercial Real Estate industry.
Support the collection of user research, problem discovery and analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to the business.
Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle.
Write the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.
Compose and deliver communications to Product, Tech, Design, Data and Senior Leadership regarding Major Incidents and their root causes and fixes.
Identify ongoing needs, gaps, optimizations and future opportunities for the product and capabilities needed to achieve desired outcomes.
This position requires up to 25% domestic travel.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Product Management, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Manager, Senior Product Associate, Software Engineer, IT Consultant, or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following: Performing the entire application lifecycle, including development, deployment, maintenance, and support, ensuring product quality and reliability; designing, deploying, and managing scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS services to support product development and operations; Implementing Agile Software Development methodologies to manage product timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional team collaboration; data analytics initiatives, including ETL, data extraction, transformation, and visualization; Using JIRA for project management, issue tracking, and workflow automation to enhance team productivity and project transparency, to ensure timely delivery of product features; writing and optimizing complex SQL queries for data retrieval, manipulation, and analysis; developing and integrating Web Services and APIs, to ensure secure and efficient data exchange between product systems.

This position requires up to 25% domestic travel.
Full-Time.
Salary: $138,900 - $201,000 per year.
