Your Role:


* Process, review, and resolve healthcare claims


* Follow policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines


* Meet productivity and accuracy targets


* Research and Resolving Customer Inquiries


* Collaborate with team members and adapt to evolving processes

What You Bring:


* 1+ year experience in claims or a similar specialist role (healthcare background required)


* Strong math, logic, and problem-solving skills


* Excellent communication and computer proficiency


* Proactive mindset with attention to detail


* Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment post-training

To thrive in this role, you will need:


* To be at least 18 years old.


* A high school diploma or equivalent.


* At least one year of experience in a single role in healthcare or claims.


* A solid track record of reliability?no absences in your first 90 days.


* Typing skills of at least 25 words per minute.


* A hardwired internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps upload / 25 Mbps download).
