Job Description:

The Sagility team is currently hiring a talented Director of Proposal Management.

In this role you will play a hands-on role in supporting the end-to-end proposal development process for a tech-enabled healthcare services company.

This is a dynamic, roll-up-your-sleeves position where the Director will actively contribute to proposal execution while setting the foundation for eventual leadership within the team.

The role requires an experienced proposal professional with strong content development skills, the ability to collaborate cross-functionally, and deep healthcare industry expertise.

Over time, as the Director establishes a strong foundation and proves their ability to drive results, they will take on an expanded leadership role within the team.

Key Responsibilities:


* Proposal Strategy & Development: Assist in developing and executing proposal strategies that align with healthcare industry trends, regulatory requirements, and client needs.

This is a hands-on role requiring direct involvement in proposal writing, editing, and structuring.


* RFP/RFI Management: Drive the response process for Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and other business development inquiries, ensuring timely, high-quality submissions tailored to healthcare organizations.


* Content Creation & Management: Help with maintaining and refining a library of proposal content, case studies, win themes, and value propositions specific to healthcare BPO services, including claims processing, utilization management, member engagement, and provider support.


* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, and other internal stakeholders to gather input, develop responses, and ensure proposal accuracy with healthcare compliance considerations.


* Hands-on Leadership & Team Contribution: While not a fully managerial role at the outset, this position requires leading by example?contributing directly to proposal execution, mentoring team members, and fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation with a focus on healthcare industry expertise.


* Process Optimization: Establish and improve proposal management processes, including templates, workflows, and tools to enhance efficiency and quality while maintaining compliance with healthcare standards.
