* This position requires a college degree or substantial equivalent business experience in customer sales.


* It is imperative that the individual have the ability to work effectively with people and to be articulate and persuasive.


* Strong computer skills are required.


* Problem solving, decision-making and team leadership is required.


* This position anticipates little supervision and much independent action within the assigned areas of responsibility.


* 3 years minimum Aerospace commercial (sales and/or marketing) experience

Preferred Qualifications:


* 5 years in Aerospace Industry with Aerospace commercial experience.


* The ideal candidate will have strong customer relationship management skills and a proven track record in driving market volume, revenue generation and start up product lines.

They will have demonstrated success in developing and commercializing new products in an existing metals marketplace.


* Understanding of management, tools, and systems in order to determine appropriate processes and process improvements.
