What You'll Do:

✅ Develop & Implement Treatment Plans - Help residents restore function, mobility, and independence.
✅ Work in a Collaborative Environment - Partner with PTs, SLPs, nurses, and caregivers to create comprehensive recovery plans.
✅ Enhance Quality of Life - Utilize innovative therapy techniques to improve ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) and overall well-being.
✅ Educate & Support - Guide residents, families, and caregivers on proper techniques and exercises to ensure continued progress.
✅ Accurate Documentation - Maintain up-to-date records of patient progress in accordance with SNF regulations.
