Successful candidate:

Current, unencumbered, license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in CO

Experience in a post acute or skilled nursing facility preferred, but not required

Rate: $45-$52/hour



* $2,500 Sign on bonus paid: $1,250 after 90 days & $1,250 paid after 1 year & for full-time positions only
