We are searching for the best talent for an experienced supply chain professional to be a Director, Business Transformation & Integration located in Beerse, Belgium.

Purpose:

This role leads the CSC strategic plan and its execution and manages the projects that are required to support this plan including the evaluation, development, and monitoring of these long-range program and product requirements.

Manages day to day operations such as business process owner, compliance and audit leadership, G&Os, metrics, budgets and CSC Council (executive IBP process).

Innovation plan lead who is the key point of contact for outside collaborations across pharma on new innovations.

You will be responsible for:



* leadership and strategic direction in the development and implementation of innovative solutions and strategic goal setting, for CSC.

This includes screening, piloting, and developing innovative solutions and introducing and maintaining business processes related to Clinical Supply Chain.


* providing technical and innovative solutions to the Clinical Supply chain to increase efficiency, optimize processes, reduce waste, and increase overall cost savings.
