The Manager, SV Ext Mfg PMO is responsible for leading and managing the external manufacturing (EM) project portfolio, including the process and system to maintain this information.  You will participate in the planning and support execution of the budget for the EM activities for Vision.

Provide the overall leadership to the EM group, coordinating the capital budgeting and strategic planning.

Partner with EM leaders to develop project metrics and track progress for the area.

This position may lead or actively participate on cross Medical Device Supply Chain and/or JJSC projects.

Drive collaboration with Partners (i.e., Production Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Finance, etc.) to deliver safe, reliable, high-quality products for our patients, at a reasonable cost.

It also, actively participates on the EM Make Leadership Team.

Responsibilities:


* Support inputting and ultimately accountable for maintaining the EM project portfolio, Planisware system.


* Work as subject matter expert for Project Management, including providing training and support to EM teams on project management to support talent development.
