Role Overview:

We are looking for a Global Project Manager to support the execution of projects for our Vision Care & Surgical Vision Distribution Centers and Customer Service Call Centers globally.

In this role, you will lead projects contributing to our goals and ensuring execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities:


* Project Management: Manage cross-functional projects within Vision Global Deliver, accountable for the successful achievement of project goals.


* Team Collaboration: Work with matrix teams, demonstrating effective communication skills and supporting a cooperative environment.


* Partnership Development: Build strong working relationships with Vision Regional Directors, project managers, and cross-functional teams in supply chain and finance.


* Process Development: Help identify and implement improvement opportunities within existing and new processes.


* Risk Management: Support cross-functional teams in identifying potential risks and developing contingency plans.
