Overview:

Johnson & Johnson MedTech, Deliver Tingley DC, UK is recruiting a supply chain professional for the position of Distribution & Transportation Business Process Lead, UK.

You will deliver an outstanding customer experience by focusing on providing excellence in warehouse operations.

You will play an active role within the organization and collaborate with business partners in cross-functional departments.

As a successful change agent, you are a role model of the continuous improvement and process optimization.

This role is based in Tingley DC, UK.

Further responsibilities and duties are:


* Execute the delivery of change management and continuous improvement strategies for the site whilst actively engaging and collaborating with employees to maximise adoption and minimise any resistance to change



* Devise standardised tools, processes and transparent communication plans to support delivery of change initiatives to ensure operational teams feel supported



* Identify potential risks or points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address these to ensure smooth change delivery



* Drive the Continuous Improvement culture, with Lean six sigma methodology working closely with the process excellence and operational teams



* Being able to paint the vision of “what good looks like” when working with others to build engagement and achieve quick wins
