Johnson and Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Director, Transformation Leader- IT ( Commercial Transformation) role located in New Jersey.

The Senior Director, Transformation Leader – IT (Commercial Transformation) is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the end-to-end IT strategy and execution of Project Butterfly, our commercial transformation initiative.

This role will Lead the digital enablement of commercial capabilities, ensuring alignment between technology, business objectives, and customer experience.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and execution-focused leader with deep expertise in IT transformation, commercial applications/solutions, and change management.

This position requires close collaboration with Senior Executives, Business Leaders, and Technology Teams to modernize commercial processes, integrate cutting-edge technologies, and enhance data-driven decision-making.

* Drive the IT strategy for commercial transformation, ensuring alignment with the company’s business goals and growth objectives.


* Partner with senior business and IT stakeholders to identify key transformation opportunities, establish priorities, and execute a multi-year roadmap.


* Lead the modernization and digitalization of commercial systems, including CRM, CPQ, Omnichannel, and customer analytics platforms.


* Oversee the design and implementation of scalable, integrated IT solutions that both enhance and unify sales, marketing, customer service, and revenue operations.


* Ensure seamless integration of new technologies with existing enterprise systems, minimizing disruptions and maximizing business value.


* Lead program teams of technology professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.


* Oversee the planning, execution, and governance of transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
