SUMMARY

The Production Planner develops schedules establishing sequence and timeframe of manufacturing operations in order to meet production requirements.

Reviews orders, shipping needs, plant capacity, and inventory before drawing up schedules.

Set up operational series to guide production work.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS


* Daily communication with Production Leaders regarding product flow to and from their Cells.


* Elevation of all situations relating to casting availability, internal and external processes, and product quality


* Assume responsibility to ensure Manufacturing System(s) accurately reflect the reporting of inventory for all relevant locations
