? Position Highlights:


* Evaluate patients and develop individualized therapy plans


* Implement treatment programs focused on functional mobility, strength, and independence


* Collaborate closely with other PTs, PTAs, OTs, and nursing staff to ensure quality outcomes


* Document progress accurately and in a timely manner


* Mentor and guide PTA team members when appropriate
