What You'll Do:


* Evaluate residents' mobility, strength, balance, and functional abilities.


* Develop individualized treatment plans to address residents' specific rehabilitation needs.


* Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercises, and other modalities to improve residents' physical function and quality of life.


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate resident care and ensure optimal outcomes.


* Educate residents and their families on exercise programs and home safety measures to promote continued progress after discharge.

What We're Looking For:


* Current California license or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.


* Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred.


* Strong clinical skills and ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans.


* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.


* Compassion and dedication to providing patient-centered care.
