We are seeking an experienced and proactive Reservations Manager to lead our Reservations team at our luxury hotel.

In this key role, you'll oversee daily operations, drive revenue and occupancy targets, and ensure exceptional guest service.

As the main link between internal departments and external partners, you'll manage performance, mentor the team, and maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:


* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Reservations team to ensure departmental efficiency.


* Be a champion of continuous improvement and support the hotel in its ELEVATE journey. 


* Support the Director of Revenue in delivering overall commercial strategy, in line with company’s goals. 


* Achieve and exceed budgeted targets for revenue, occupancy, and guest satisfaction.


* Develop and implement strategies to maximise room revenue and occupancy levels, including managing inventory, and implementing upselling and cross-selling initiatives to achieve revenue targets.


* Support the Reservations team in prioritising reservation enquiries and ensuring that all communications are actioned within 24 hours.


* Handle Luxury and Lifestyle guest reservations, focusing on personalised service, detailed booking management, and ensuring a seamless booking experience for guests and luxury and lifestyle partners. 


* Lead, coach, mentor, and develop team members through performance management and training.


* Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, external partners, and guests.


* Foster a customer-first culture, providing proactive solutions and maintaining a high standard of guest service.
