* Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Aerospace, Metallurgical Engineering or related field.


* Must be proficient in SolidWorks.


* QAD MRP experience preferred.

Experience and Background:


* Three to five year of experience in a metal working industry is preferred.


* Familiarity to metal working principles required.


* Must have strong communication and problem solving skills.


* Must be skilled in use of personal computers with emphasis on analytical software.


* Knowledge of world class manufacturing principles such as lean manufacturing, JIT, SPC, TQM, etc.
