This position reports into Regulatory Affairs Associate Manager and is based at Istanbul, Turkey

Role reports to: Regulatory Affairs Associate Manager

Location: Istanbul, Turkey

What you will do

Support Regulatory Affairs Department Activities

Key Responsibilities


* Provide the necessary regulatory support for registration processes for all regulatory categories, medicinal products, medical devices, cosmetics, food supplements and others


* Archives all regulatory documents and information


* Ensures compliance with countries regulations by complying registration dossier in line with country requirements,


* Follow-up of national and international regulations and guidelines related to the portfolio.


* Supports labelling related tasks

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• University student's 3rd, 4th or 5th grade of Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or other relevant life sciences terms of employment

Desired Qualifications

• Excellent command of both spoken and written English,

• Good use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),

• Planning and organization skills,

• Effective communication skills,

• Able to work a minimum of 4 days a week,

• Preferably willing to work for 1 year
