The Senior Manager of Strategic Marketing is responsible for leading, shaping, executing, supporting and measuring Strategic Marketing planning, strategy and execution-delivering robust marketing plans and tactics that elevate Elbit America and all affiliate/subsidiary/acquired entities.

You will champion holistic marketing initiatives aligning them to strategies delivering impactful customer and employee experiences.

By demonstrating compelling Elbit America value propositions, both internally and externally, you'll focus on achieving annual business objectives through Strategic Marketing plans designed to drive growth.

Serving as a hands-on leader who collaborates exceptionally well with cross-functional teams, you'll manage a strategic multi-channel marketing engagement approach that effectively reaches a variety of target audiences, garnering actions and outcomes.

Leading and mentoring a team, you'll fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and innovation to drive awareness, preference and advocacy for Elbit America's people, products, services and capabilities.

Responsibilities and Tasks in order of priority to be successful:


* Develops and deploys strategic marketing plans aligned to divisional/functional strategies, building customer demand, preference and loyalty that enables growth



* Partners with Brand Strategy, Corporate Communications, Business Units and Functional Areas to create and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, programs, engagements and tactics in support of business objectives



* Manages marketing content development initiatives in tandem with Brand Strategy and Corporate Communications to clearly articulate Elbit America's value propositions-effectively reaching, engaging, informing and influencing internal and external target audiences



* Plans, executes and measures multiple marketing campaigns, tactics and engagements that are on strategy, on brand and on budget across several teams including Growth, Business Development, Strategic Marketing, Brand Strategy, Corporate Communications and others
