This position reports into the BUH and is based at our High Wycombe office (scheduled move to Reading Q1 2026)

What You Will Do

The Customer Development Team are responsible for partnering with our retail, pharmacy and wholesale customers, to deliver Kenvue's strategies and initiatives to profitably grow.

The Senior Customer Development Manager is responsible for leading at least 1 high priority GFO within a business unit team.

They act as a role model for other Customer Development team members and their direct reports.

They deliver against trading strategies and plans which achieve Kenvues and customer objectives.

They focus most on delivering annual objectives within the Kenvue year and customer JBP.

This is achieved through fostering strong, collaborative customer relationships, aligning to customer strategy and executing the company plan with excellence.

In addition, the SCDM engages to proactively search out commercial innovation and revenue growth management options within their remit and delivers them with the support of their BUH.

They own buyer level contacts across a range of functions, and work with their line manager to win with mid-level, and more senior personnel.

The SCDM inspires their direct report/s to deliver brilliantly against account management fundamentals, and act as a coach and role model.

Customer Centricity

• Maintain an external perspective to anticipate future marketplace changes and developing solutions to drive positive results for Kenvue

• Delivering high quality customer contact driving positive engagement at buyer level, and across functions within the customer leading to improving AGS results

• Manage and deliver annual business plan, including JBP agreements where applicable

Commercial Fundamentals

• Deliver NTS, TI and GP objectives while achieving brand share gains in line with the business plan.
