We are seeking for a Materials Supply Management Specialist for our site in France in VDR .

The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving the materials' supply chain focusing on: Projects (materials management on phase in/phase out), excel tools for inventory & slobs, reviews on the MRP parameters as well as supplier collaboration.

Responsibilities of the MSM Specialist:

• Oversees the SLOB and works closely with the relevant teams (E2E Planners, PMOs, IMOs) for mitigation plans to minimize write offs.

• Supports the local teams by developing to facilitate inventories, slobs & expiration processes

• Needs to maintain Raw Materials and Components inventories within target, while minimizing excess, obsolete and expired materials.

• Contributes to ensure efficient and effective procurement & inventory practices by optimizing the supply chain parameters (LT, MOQs, etc) through the implementation of structural plans.

• Focuses on the improvement of supplier performance and the respective KPIs

• Effectively partners with all internal and external business partners.

• Focuses and encourages continuous improvements of the materials processes.

• Supports material and components Phase in and Phase Out process.

• Aligns with strategies and realization of departmental and company goals, advances succession planning by holding career conversations with the EMEA materials planning Lead.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

Experience and requirements needed for the role:

• Proven experience in material Management

• Fluency in English

• Proficiency on SAP and Excel

• Excellent analytical, communication and teamworking skills
