DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, is looking for an Engineering Quality Manager to join the team.

This role can be based remotely within the U.S.

or in Scottsdale, AZ and will require 50% travel to accomplish business objectives.

The Engineering Quality Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in our engineering processes, from project inception through completion.

This position requires a proactive leader who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain rigorous quality assurance protocols and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Will Do


* Develop and implement comprehensive quality management systems (QMS) for engineering and performance processes that align with industry standards and company objectives


* Lead quality assurance processes, including first article inspections, audits, and testing, to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes and permits


* Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to identify and address quality-related issues throughout the project lifecycle


* Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement and develop actions plans to enhance quality performance


* Partner with Supply Chain Quality Management to conduct root cause analysis and corrective action processes to resolve quality deviations and prevent recurrence


* Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to promote quality awareness and best practices, across the project value-chain (engineering through construction)


* Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure their quality management systems are aligned with DEPCOM Power's and Customer's standards


* Prepare and present quality reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement


* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the company's quality assurance capabilities

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* Experience in quality management or working directly with Quality within the renewable energy, construction or engineering industry through a project lifecycle


* Proven track record of developing and implementing quality management systems and processes


* Strong knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations related to engineering and construction


* Proficiency in quality management software and tools
