Manager, Orthotics and Prosthetics and Rehab Medical Clinic

Work Schedule :

This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position.

Shifts will be scheduled Monday - Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM.

On call coverage on weekends for Orthotics/Prosthetics occasionally and manager of staff covering weekend call.

We are seeking a Manager, Orthotics and Prosthetics & Rehab Med Clinic to:


* P rovide overall planning and daily supervision of all operational aspects and activities of the Orthotics and Prosthetics (O&P) services at multiple locations.


* O perational management responsibilities for designated Rehabilitation Medicine Clinic(s).


* Represent Orthotics and Prosthetics for department wide planning efforts involving space, equipment, staff, systems, services, supplies, revenues, expenses, and future programs and services.

Qualifications



* Bachelor's degree in Orthotics and/or Prosthetics.

Required


* Master's degree in health care management, business, or related health field.

Preferred

Work Experience



* Three (3) years clinical experience in Orthotics and/or Prosthetics.

Required


* Two (2) years of progressive, relevant leadership experience.

A master's degree may be considered in lieu of leadership experience.

Required


* Three (3) years healthcare operations supervisory/manager experience.

Preferred


* Experience in field of Orthopedic Rehabilitation.

Licenses & Certifications



* Certified by the American Board of Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics, or Orthotics & Prosthetics or ability to obtain certification within one (1) year of hire.
