Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field from four-year college or university; or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


* 5 years minimum experience in a leadership position in a manufacturing environment and/or an equivalent large segment of a business.


* Excellent communication skills (presentations, verbal and written).


* Highly knowledgeable with production planning concepts such as MRP.


* Understanding of Budget responsibility and Profit and Loss management


* Exceptional analytical and conceptional thinking skills.


* High level of competency in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel


* Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
