Responsibilities

• Conduct a thorough in-person tax interview with potential clients, utilizing our proprietary tax software application.

• Greet all clients in a friendly and professional manner; make customers feel welcome and comfortable.

• Self-starter who can work independently

• Assist clients with IRS related questions

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Prior customer service experience preferred.

• Professional individual income tax filing experience helpful but not required.
