CCB Data and Analytics Product Portfolio Operations Manager

As a Product Portfolio Operations Manager in Data & Analytics (D&A), you are a foundational member of a team responsible for implementing connectivity strategies across the product space, while being directly responsible for creating structures that enhance coordination in our product line.

Job responsibilities


* Works across D&A products & area products to help ensure delivery against business objectives


* Coordinate communications plans for portfolio management operations and change initiatives


* Implements a product-level collection strategy consisting of controls, financials, and resourcing needs


* Partner with existing product & area product teams to coordinate changes, and support the Portfolio Leadership


* Interface with PXT Agility Office to coordinate changes across D&A


* Work with our teams (product and tech) and partners (finance, controls, etc.) to drive the portfolio forward

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in program management or performance optimization


* Knowledge of product development life cycle and agile methodologies


* Ability to interface with stakeholders across product, technology, controls, finance, etc.


* Relentlessly focus on ways to improve product operations


* Expert in stakeholder management


* Ability to synthesize complex initiatives and problems; and synthesize solutions

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* Consulting background is a plus, but not required
